What is the Humankind Land Trust?

The Humankind Land Trust (the “Trust”) is the entity under which land will be collected and governed for the good of its residents. While properties within the trust will be leased, the lease revenue will be used for three things:

• Cover operating expenses.

• Improve properties within the trust.

• Expand the trust.

Initially, the Humankind Land Trust will be focused to uplift a single neighborhood, establishing a model for community-centric land governance. However, its design is inherently scalable, with a long-term vision to expand its influence systematically – neighborhood by neighborhood, city by city – around the world, fostering sustainable and equitable communities everywhere.

In essence, the Trust will become the global fabric enabling peace on Earth.
