H Corp certification demonstrates a company's commitment to promoting the principles of Open Source Society and to expanding the Humankind Land Trust.

Companies attain and maintain the certification by doing the following:

• Have all current officers sign a legally binding pledge to avoid the further accumulation of land.
• Commit $99/employee/mo to Mission H, which will route 50% of these funds to expanding the Humankind Land Trust.
